Our clients manage their own properties and don't have to worry about finding a good tenant. For a flat fee, our clients trust us to find a responsible tenant with as little rental "downtime" as possible.

Our service works because it is based on timely communication with both Owners and potential Tenants.

Kris

Kris Anderson, founder of WeFindYourTenant.com, sold her full property management company in 2007. Many of her established clients asked her to continue vetting their Tenants because she has a knack for placing great Tenants.

Dexter

Dexter Moore joined the company in 2017, bringing with him 15 years Real Estate sales, experience in property management and the education of a Certified Property Manager.

Our goal is to treat each tenant placement like we are renting our own property and to be a real estate resource to Owners.

With over 50 years of real estate experience, Kris and Dexter can also assist you in the acquisition or sale of your properties.
